Rather large room within a few minutes walking from the train station. Good value for money.

Overall is still good for privacy (non shared bathroom or room). Feedback: I think it needs some renovation, upkeeping of the premise. Seats @ lobby was good, so have some power plug points for guests in need to charge their devices. (the carpet tiles around seems quite dirty or been too long used.) English-speaking foreigner staffs (at least one) at the reception is a bonus, in case local Japanese can't converse well in universal language (English) to any non-Japanese Asians or others. Please check the English translations are correctly written in Hotel Information Booklet/paper given to guests while check-in. Coin laundry - is it deep cleaned monthly? Since many guests uses, hygiene is necessary. (This is for all hotels, not just LiveMax) This hotel usage of the washing machine was expensive. And detergent is required to buy as well.

Close to JR Gifu and Meitetsu Stations so can easily travel to/from Nagoya and other nearby cities. There is a Family Mart nearby. Restaurants are also close by. Can get amenities at the reception.
